OLED Blue lens exposure
« on: May 28, 2014, 12:56:38 PM »
Has anyone notice on the OLED Displays that the color - in my case blue- does not go to the edge of the display?  I have a clear shiny edge around the blue before the black plastic case.
is this supposed to be like this?  any suggestions how I can eliminate the problem when I incorporate it into a cosmetic display?  it looks crappy when mounted in my application.

Is it something that is seen when the display is powered on only?  A picture showing exactly what you are referring to would be of great help.  It can be tricky to post an image on the forums (it needs to be hosted online), so you may either post an image here or by emailing us directly at  Also, please include the full part number of the display you are referring to.
