Hi, Saurabh_B.

Please quote too the same display for -20  ~ +85 C.
Concluding, I wish to receive quotation for the display NHD-0216K1Z-FL-YBW customized for -40 ~ +85 C (with heater) AND for -20 ~ +85 C (without heater).

Thank you, Saurabh_B.

Could you estimate the costs, minimal order quantities and lead time of the NHD-0216K1Z-FL-YBW display modified for -40 ~ +85 C operation temperature range? I supose that our anual consumption will be 1,000 to 2,000 pcs.

For more difficult it seems to be done, Lumex manufactures some LCDs with operating and storage temperatures of -40~+85 C... I wonder why Newhavan doesn't, once it is one of the of the world's biggest display modules manufacturers.

I wish to use NHD-0216K1Z-FL-YBW in some projects but it doesn't meet our temperature requirements. So I have some questions below:
1) Is there any physical characteristic that limits operating/storage temperature range to -20~70 C?
2) What happens if these limits are exceeded temporarily to -40 or +85 C? Does the display simply stop operation and resume when the temperature returns to normal values (with reduction of its lifetime)? Or can it be definitively damaged even if it is exposed to those temperatures for short time intervals?
