OLEDs / 3 Volt to 3.3 Volt longterm reliability issue

Hi!
We are using the NHD-C12832A1Z-BBW-3V3-53964 successfully on our prototypes since quite some time already, always running them on 3.3V.
I would like to use the NHD-C12832A1Z-BBW-3V3-53964 for a large scale production (>10k units) in beginning of 2015. I am a bit concerned about the long term effects of using the usual embedded system voltage of 3.3V on this display and its back light, since this is driving the display always on its upper limit.
Is running this display constantly on 3.3V recommend by NHD? Is it save?
I would not want to have large number dropouts during the 2 years guarantee time I have to give our customers!
Please let me know how NHD sees this!
